Payment and Billing

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB and American Express. You can also mail your order with a check. Your credit card will not be billed until your order is ready to be shipped unless a deposit is required.

Credit Card Security

We process all credit cards in house, not through an online service.


Standard Shipping Charge: Our shipping charges are the fees we are charged by the shipping carrier, including freight, insurance and signature fees. A $3.00 packaging and handling fee per box is also added in.

Standard Delivery Time: Generally most orders are shipped within (3) Business Days, excluding holidays. Standard shipping is UPS Ground unless a faster service is requested. UPS Ground delivery time is between 1-6 days depending on your location. Your order is shipped from zip code 90046 and you can get the estimated delivery time to your zip code at www.ups.com.

Expedited Delivery: Overnight, 2 Day, or 3 day delivery is often available. Please e-mail or call ahead before placing order to ensure that we can meet your deadline. Charges vary. We ship expedited orders either by UPS or Fed-EX.

Same day delivery in Los Angeles: It is sometimes possible to have an order delivered by Courier in the Los Angeles area the same day we ship. Please check with us for this service.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Shipping charges vary depending on your location.

Sales Tax

All orders shipped to an address within California are subject to sales tax unless we have your California resale certificate on file.

Tracking Your Order

We will contact you via phone or email once your order has been shipped to provide you with your tracking number. You can use this number to track the delivery of your package online: www.ups.com or www.fedex.com. If you do not receive this information for any reason, please call us and we will provide you with the information.

Returns and Exchange Policy

We can “exchange” most items within a period of 90 days. An Exchange Credit is created which can be used towards a new order up to 25% of the value of the new order. The maximum amount of an exchange is $1000 unless prior arrangements are made. Chains cannot be exchanged unless purchased by the spool and it is limited to 1 Spool of a style. Unless prior arrangements are made a 10% Exchange Fee is charged. All sales are final. No refunds are given. We do not accept returns unless a mistake is involved or something arrives damaged. We need to be contacted right away regarding damages or mistakes. If your package is damaged in shipping, we need you to notify the carrier immediately.

Custom Work: Due to the nature of custom work and production orders, all sales are final for this type of work. We cannot accept returns for refund, exchange nor credit.


We can provide service for our jewelry when it is in need of repair from normal usage. Simply send the piece to us, we will inspect the piece and we will contact you with an estimated repair fee before proceeding. If you have concerns about the turnaround time, please call ahead before shipping to check our work load and discuss your needs.

Shipping to Goddess

For your protection, please ship only via UPS or Fedex signature required to the following address. Be sure to insure your package and retain the tracking number. We cannot be responsible for packages shipped without tracking or insurance. No COD deliveries accepted. Return shipping costs will be added to your final bill. Be sure to include contact information, including a day and evening phone, an e-mail address, and a return shipping address. Returned items must be packed with sufficient padding to ensure safe delivery. Goddess will not be responsible for items damaged in transit due to insufficient or inappropriate packaging. Ship to:

Stone Availability

Due to the unique nature of the stones used, from time to time a particular stone featured on the site may not be available at the present time. In addition please keep in mind that the size, shape and color of stones by their nature will vary.

Privacy Policy

We will never share or sell your information with anyone for any reason. If you choose to join our mailing list, your e-mail address will be hidden from other viewers when an e-mail is sent out.

Risk of Loss:

Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to the purchaser. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Goddess is Goddess’s responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Customer is Customer’s responsibility.

All pricing subject to change. For all prices, products and offers, Goddess reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.

Site Accuracy:

While Goddess uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, Goddess makes no warranties or representations as to the Site’s accuracy. Goddess assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content on the Site.

Stones We Carry:

If you are making a line utilizing stones that we carry, we can not guarantee that stones selected on a given day will be available in the future. Often times some of the stones we carry are limited assortments. There are many stones that we can do over and over or provide with enough time and a large enough order we can have cut to shape and size.
