On the night of May 30th, our family business, Goddess, which is in the Melrose District of Los Angeles, was horribly vandalized. A huge amount of our inventory was either stolen or trashed; the front of our store was destroyed. We had to board everything up. Computers, equipment, and showcases smashed. Unfortunately, insurance is not covering the bulk of our damages caused by the riots.

Goddess is a specialized business. We supply the chains, findings, and components that designers use to make jewelry. Many of our components are made out of healing crystals. We are well known for our quality and love that we put into our products. Many hundreds of independent jewelry designers from amateur to professional from around the country and the world depend on Goddess to supply them with their jewelry essentials. They then create a variety of designs and looks that differentiate them from one another, delivering beautiful jewelry people love to wear. Without us supplying them, their businesses suffer too! The pendants and connectors that designers use to embellish their necklaces, bracelets, and earring designs were hit hard. Miraculously our chains and chain findings were mostly left alone or we would have been totally out of business. Now we need your support to replenish these missing critical items. Please help us.

In addition to being vandalized, our resources were already extremely strained by our business being shut down due to the COVID 19 Pandemic. We had only recently reopened our showroom and then this happened. The many shows we did are still closed down.
